Durable and months and months of fun!My 3yr old son plays with this everyday. It is extremely durable since he will occasionally sit and stand on it...he is rough. Also, loved the fact that it came almost completely assembled. Just set the tower in place and snap on the red slide and it's ready to go. I was worried the car elevator crank would be too hard for my son but he is able to turn it just fine. Overall perfect little garage for boys who love fast cars! 5Quality That Last a Lifetime"Santa" got this for my almost 3 year old son for Christmas. What i love the most is it connects perfectly to all the Brio track that belonged to my husband (which is now 30 years old), so my son can build long involved tracks off this. Brio truly makes products that will last a lifetime. I fully expect we will be handing down trains and tracks to grandchildren in another thirty years. 5One of the best gifts we have given our son to dateOne of the best gifts we have given our son to date. Our three year old is train obsessed, and this was the perfect addition to his train set. The tracks we have fit perfectly and this has provided hours of fun. He plays with his hot wheels, trains and the two cute little cars that come with the garage. It's very well made and I like that it's not entirely made of plastic. The wheel that turns the elevator is a bit hard for him, but it doesn't seem to bother him at all. No annoying music or flashing lights, just a classic garage that's the perfect size. Even his 16 month old little brother gets in on the action. There are so many ways to play creatively with this - with the helipad and the car lift and the ramp, this piece is always central to his play with he is working with his trains. Even without tracks and trains, this toy would be worth it for my boys. 5High Quality but SmallWe love everything Brio and were very excited to get this piece to add to my sons collection. The garage is quite small. We have another one from Melissa & Doug which is twice as big and about $12 less. I feel that the price is pretty high. 4Great QualityThe one thing I don't like about Brio is the price tag; I feel like I'm getting very little in comparison to what I actually pay. The parking garage itself is a fantastic addition to any wooden railway/road without being too large to find space for. It's designed with play in mind rather than accurately representing a parking garage; our 3 toddlers love pushing everything down the slide. So if you have a child that loves all things on wheels this is the best product of its type (like most Brio Wooden Railway sets tend to be), though I personally wish it was about $10 cheaper than its full retail price. 5It was smaller than we anticipated from the pictures in ...It was smaller than we anticipated from the pictures in the online ad. However, out grandson loves it. I do have one suggestion - the elevator "knob' is a bit hard to use. A "crank handle" would help. An earlier Fisher Price version had a little bell at the top that rang as the elevator crank was turned. That may not be a welcome noise to others around, but it did keep track of where our boy was 4He's always loved parking garages and I was so excited to find ...My son got this for his fourth birthday and it's been a huge hit! He's always loved parking garages and I was so excited to find him one that goes with his Brio train set. He played with this non-stop for a week! We use the included cars with it, plus his Brio trains, plus some Hot Wheels cars. The Hot Wheels go really fast down the ramp, which has been a big hit. Assembly out of the box was quick and easy, and we were able to do it together (you just snap on the elevator and ramp). It can attach to train tracks in two location, making it a nice corner piece. We have a smaller house and the size has been fine. We got a good deal from Amazon, though I think that the full price comes close to that of some bigger wood parking garages. I was nervous about the elevator being challenging, as my son is slightly behind with fine motor skills and easily frustrated, but it has not been an issue at all. There's a lot of nice detail here -- the elevator, ramp, trap door, lines painted on for parking, helicopter pad, and trap door. I couldn't find a Brio helicopter at all for the helicopter pad, but my friend bought my little guy Harold the Helicopter from the Thomas sets which works well. We also have a 1 year old who is so smitten with this as well! 5We have the Brio trainset so this was a great addition to itI bought this parking garage because we have the Brio tracks and my son loves to play with those. The parking garage is rather small, I was quite surprised due to the price(see attached pic for scale). There aren't very many parking spaces for the cars to park in and there is no up ramp. There is an elevator but it is hard for little ones to work. I have to help my three year old. The red ramp is for the cars to go down. I really wish we would have bought a different parking garage, one with more parking spaces and more ramps to drive up and down. The parking garage is also mostly made out of plastic with the exception of the elevator. My son doesn't play with this very much which a is a bummer because it was his big birthday gift. 3A well-loved toy in our house!I bought this for my son for his third birthday. It was the only toy we bought him so I wanted to spend a little more for a toy that he would use a lot. He loves it. Sometimes we connect it to his wooden Thomas train tracks and sometimes he just plays with it on its own. He also uses his match cars with it too. It s also nice that the cars that come with it work on the wooden Thomas train tracks. At three, he can operate the elevator without help. We ve had it for three months and it s still in good shape. It looks like it ll last a while. 5
