    Adorable toy. Great quality. A tad pricey.This is very cute! I love the colors mixed with the natural wood. The string is long enough for older toddlers to pull without lifting the toy off the ground. I love the little alligator and how the shapes come out of his mouth. Unlike some of the other "shapes through holes" toys, it is very easy to get the shapes out of the container. In fact they often fall out on their own, which could be good or bad depending on what you prefer. I like that I don't have to help my son get the shapes out (heck we had a different toy with a similar idea where you had to turn somethings to unlock a door to get the shapes out and my husband broke it trying to open it! Simpler is usually better, in my view.) My son is 2.5 so on the older end of the age range for this, but he really likes it. Having the container be an alligator makes it extra engaging for older toddlers, I thinkNow as far as this style of toy goes, this is on the higher end of the price scale, but it is all wood and very well made. You can get plastic toys based on the same idea for much cheaper, but I think the quality difference is palpable (coming from someone who has 2 of this style of toy in plastic.) 4Wrong piece, missing square.I love the look of the toy, however the right pieces slipped through quality control. Ended up getting two diamonds, instead of a square piece.UPDATE: Contacted brand directly, was a little difficult to find. Found on their site. They ended up sending new block. However the block was a little misshaped. Regardless my son loves it. 4Nice design, poorly executedNice design, but not really useful as a toy. Since it is vertical, it just falls over most of the time and my 2.5yo gave up on it quite fast. The string is also way too short 2Toddler loved this!Brought this to my boyfriends's niece who is just over 1 year old and it was a hit! I really appreciate the baby safe paints and the organic wood. Also, this elephant doesn't just roll, the pegs are placed slightly off-center (intentionally) which creates a really cool up and down motion at the same time that it moves forward. 5CuteMy 10 month old got this for Christmas from her grandparents. She's still too young for it though. 5durable!Love this little guy however the string for pulling him is thin and needs to be longer 5Kid loved it!Great product 5Cute with flawsI found that 4 of the 5 pieces fit through the square slot if you turn them just right, which defeats the purpose of this toy. The pieces just aren't thick enough to prevent it.Mine came with a bit a damage so I returned it. It was because of the first problem that I opted not to get a replacement. It is really very cute and I'm sad it didn't work out. 3Classic Wooden Toy The Jumping Jumbo Elephant Wood Pull Toy by Petit Collage comes smartly packaged in a sturdy cardboard box. It is well crafted and feels built to handle all of the abuse little hands can dish out. Jumbo bounces along on wobbly wheels when pulled by the attached string. This string is only about 18 inches long, so it isn't made for older children. My wife and I enjoy Jumping Jumbo's cute countenance enough to put him on display in our family room.If I had to find any fault, it would be that the paint seems to rub off a little, especially at first. When I first got Jumbo, there were some red lines on his face where the ears rested while packaged. It was fairly easy to wipe away, but it causes me to wonder how much would come off if a child put any part of Jumbo in their mouth. Supposedly the paint is non-toxic, but the toy is made in China and in my experience their safety regulations tend to be on the lax side. As long as Jumbo doesn't get put in a young mouth, I think it's fantastic edition to a child of any age's toy collection.~ Kort 4Ok, not the best.This is a beautiful toy, but there are two faults. First, the shapes are too short. Our 1 year old can turn the shapes to slide any of them into the square hole, sort of defeating the purpose of a shape sorter. The string is also too short for my son (12 months old) to use to pull the alligator. 3
