Good clean funworks very good at sending a good chunk of air flying at your friends. Good fun when a kid gets mad, brings them out of the bad mood pretty quick when you blast them every time you walk by them. :) 5I use this to annoy my wifeI use this to annoy my wife, I'm always blowing out candles from across the room! My children were surprised by the distance concentrated air can travel. I would purchase a larger size if one ever becomes available. This model provides hours of fun for the family. 5Don't let your impetuous 9 year old open it aloneI got a set of these for my kids, ages 4, 9, 11, and 12. They all enjoy theirs, and are now fighting with each other in a safe and fun way.However, my 9 year old is at a self-imposed disadvantage. While opening his, he started tearing at anything plastic, and in the process he tore the plastic membrane used to make the airpuffs. A 3 inch long tear from the edge to the center.It still works (somewhat), so there's that.It would help if this were made of sturdier plastic. The handle and top mounted sights both are attached with prongs that break easily if the Airzooka isn't perfectly extended and aligned. Even if you get them attached without breaking the prongs, the flex on the Airzooka during use will quickly break the front prongs. The handle is also attached with some screws, so it does stay in place fairly well. The top-mounted sight is useless anyway, so no loss there.Overall pretty fun for the price, but it could be more rugged and packaged better. 4Fun but a nightmare to assemble.I have been considering purchasing this item for a few years for my office mates as a Christmas gift, and I finally did this year. Because I had read that assembly is difficult, I decided to put all 8 guns together before presenting them. Two hours and lots of sweat (yes, I was literally sweating) later, I had 8 perfectly assembled Airzooka guns.Couple of tips for assembly:1. Make sure the elastic band inside the gun is not twisted before snapping into place. If it is, you will need to take the entire gun apart and start over (I discovered this the hard way)2. A few times, no matter how many times I tried, I could not get the tabs on the inside of the gun to move into place using the instructions. So...my husband and I each grabbed an end of the gun and pulled!!! It snapped right into place :)Aside from this being tons of fun you can also use it to deter pets from going near the Christmas tree :) It's harmless air! Aim is key though - and the sight really does work! 5Hours of noisy, surprising funThis thing has been fired at least 17,000 times over the last couple of years in a variety of settings and is still going strong. When it occasionally resurfaces from the toy heap, we enjoy an hour or two of loud whomps every three seconds until the adult or child finally loses interest. It really does send a perceptible air wave across amazing distances. 5Shoot your toots at loved ones!!Great gag gift for my brother in law. Whenever we visit it s a fun time shooting farts at the wives and children! 5Awesome5 seconds after un boxing my wife immediately regretted buying this for me 5Fun Idea But Mostly Sits On The ShelfThis is a good sized toy. Needs to be to generate a decent air flow. It is more novelty than a serious play thing. Children have to be a certain size before they will be able to pull back the strong bungie cords that provide the driving force for the air. That said, it does deliver a decent blast of air and can go for a fairly good distance. However, because of the force required to pull it back, it can result in a shift when you let go and thus make it more difficult to aim the air with consistent accuracy. 3Fun And Unique But You Need Some StrengthMy son turning 6 wanted this and the box indicates it's for 6 years and up. I think it's actually designed for a man. Ok, maybe not quite that old but this thing is much bigger than I anticipated and harder to pull the elastic back than I hoped. I would say maybe a stronger 10 year old is about right for this product so there's no frustration. My slim 6 year old has to brace this against his torso and arm/shoulder while he's pulling back and then after about 3 pulls he's ready for a rest. It's not terribly difficult for me pull it back and release it but if I'm trying to use the sight attachment to aim, I noticed that the underside is digging into my arm they way I'm holding it to brace it. If I'm just casually pulling the elastic to go a general direction I don't notice this pressure/digging but I kinda wish the bottom side was flat instead of a ridge right at the edge. I think the product itself is pretty cool, fun, and unique. Oh, one other bit of advice: if you're gonna use it to blow out your birthday candles, you might want to be a little ways back or not pull so hard to avoid the gust of air that's gonna blow hot melting wax onto your skin. :) 4High Expectations, Low DeliveryIt hardly works as it promises. It takes a lot of strength to project the amount of air to blow something across a room. We bought this for our grandson, and he cannot squeeze it hard enough to make it work as it advertises. We were able to project a puff of air, but not nearly 20 feet. Save your money. 2
