    My 3 year daughter loves this activity set, specifically ...My 3 year daughter loves this activity set, specifically the wipe off books. She has done them many times and they have helped to teach her how to write numbers, letters and draw shapes. 5DisappointedVery disappointed. It pictures 5 books and says it comes with 4 books with 1 being combined to total 5 but 2 of them are combined in 1 book so there are actually only 3 individual books. On top of that the numbers book counts backwards so the first page is 12 and it goes down to 1. 1Loved it! I have a 3-year old toddler girl ...Loved it! I have a 3-year old toddler girl and she spent the whole evening cutting pictures, writing numbers and coloring the book. My elder daughter helped her and I was free for almost 3 hours! :) 5Fantastic for my 3 year oldThis box is so great, especially for the price. My daughter is 3 yrs 3 months and is doing all of these activities at pre-school so it's the perfect level for her. She loves drawing letters and numbers, and all the activity sheets keep her occupied for a long time. The shoe lace practice is fantastic too and has taught her how to tie her shoes. I would really recommend this box - it would be particularly good to take on vacation or pack in a bag to keep your child occupied over a restaurant meal etc. All the items are very portable and there are loss of different elements. Love it. 5CRAFTS, ABC'S, 1,2,3 AND EVEN HOW TO TIE SHOELACESWe own multiple of Alex brand craft project sets. This particular one focuses on teaching cutting with safety scissors, abc and 1,2,3 dry erase spirals with dry erase marker, crayons and my personal favorite the how to tie your shoes tool (includes instructions with pictures to help you teach them). My 5 yr old has really enjoyed this set. We use it daily. The box includes everything you need to do the crafts. I highly recommend any of the Alex brand craft sets. We have a lot of them. 5Worth every pennyBought for a pre schooler who is not into activity books or coloring books. (Nuts huh?)This came and she doesn't want to put it down. You will have to spend time with your child on this learning adventure. So far product is just what it was designed for. Small investment for your pre schooler. Missing the dry erase pen... just an empty pen-shaped space in the plastic for where it should have been. Missing the "slithering snakes" activity page and only has the stickers for it. Also missing an activity book. I know one is combined but I still only received 3 of the 5 books. I love Alex stuff for my 4 year old and have never had problems but I wanted to warn other parents that this set seems to have issues shipping all it's pieces together. Won't be returning this due to my sons urging to be able to play with the scissors today but it will make me think twice before purchasiing Alex activity sets again. 2Another Alex craft kit that doesn't disappointI purchased this activity kit for my 3 year old. The age range of this box says 3-6 years old but if your child is around age 3, it will require more parental involvement because the contents are a bit more challenging. There are lots of great learning activities in this box and my daughter loves coloring, pasting, cutting and drawing and counting...the educational & entertainment value do not disappoint.The scissors included in this kit are plastic. That's great for safety reasons but they easily frustrate little hands. So I had to buy another set of safety scissors (metal) for my daughter to use under my supervision because these scissors would just bend the paper if it wasn't held properly. No huge deal, just something to keep in mind; especially if your child has some difficulty with fine motor skills or easily gets discouraged.Overall great quality and lives up to the alex toys reputation. 4
