    Not worth the price.....Served its purpose for sure as a costume for a play but very poorly made and very inexpensive material for the price. Just after an initial try on, the seam along the top came apart. Not a recommended item at the price it's selling for.As a note regarding size. I ordered a medium for a true, average size 8. It's a slender fit for sure and just fit.... 2Cute dress for Halloween costume.We had to alter this a bit, our child is a tad thin compared to average kiddos. She wore it at Halloween and received a lot of compliments on the dress. I would recommend it.NOTE: The alteration line/hem at the bottom was a last minute rush alteration. It is not present on the dress as shipped. 4Wrong size and remarkably cheapI ordered one in a large. It was way too big so I ordered a medium. Figured one to wash, one to wear. That she could grow into the large one.It arrived today and they sent a small. Again, I ordered a medium.Thought we should try on the small, the underarm area was already ripped and when it was put on, the rest of the seams immediately split in the arm area.So, it is a complete loss and again, the WRONG size from what I ordered. 1I am incredibly disappointed with this costumeI am incredibly disappointed with this costume. To begin with, the headpiece looks NOTHING like the picture and was already falling apart when I removed it from the package. The belt on the dress is sown loosely to the sides, allowing the rest of it to sag. This costume is going to need many alterations before my daughter wears it. There is also a stain on the pink lining that goes down the front of the gown. The maker of this costume should be deeply embarrassed, and I will NEVER purchase a costume from here again. 1Very poorly consturcted!I read the reviews before purchasing this costume, so I ordered a size larger like several other reviewers had recommended. My daughter normally wears slim sizes and I always have to have the adjustable waist because she is so tiny. The dress is beautiful but there is no way a human child can fit inside this costume. I am not a seamstress or tailor but I know I could have cut & sewn a pattern together better than this. There was no way to even put the dress on my daughter. It barely fit over her head, let alone get it to go over her shoulders. I have looked at this dress trying to figure out how to fix but I can't make any sence of how they cut it & put it together. DO NOT BUY THIS COSTUME!! 1Good but not the bestI got this for my 9 year old for Halloween. It was small and it doesn't open in the front like I thought it did. However, it was a little bit to small and still stayed together while we wrestled it on her to try it out. My Ex did cut the back to make it easier to get on.The item I got was durable and was not made of cheap fabric. But I could just have gotten one from a different factory?Was to small for a 4'3", 45lbs 9 year old.Also, the sash does not come off. The one I got was wrinkled and stayed that way.Good 1 time use item. 4Perfect for Cultural day or Halloween!It fits a little bigger than expected. The colors are vibrant and it looks very cute. Could be Chinese or Japanese looking. We also got the pink wooden umbrella / parasol that matches this outfit!The hair clip didn't work very well and kept falling off .... Maybe it needs something more than adding more bobby pins.Perfect for cultural day or Halloween at school.Since it fits bigger than the fit, we can wear it for another year.;) 4A happy daughterNo issues as some reviews had. It held up great to five uses so far, and my daughter crawled through a huge box maze in it! I'm glad I listened to reviews and got a size bigger so her arms wouldn't tear the costume at the arm seams. It was overall big because of it, but worth it for the arm room. If you have any older daughter who doesn't get rambunctious then the regular size might work, but my 8 y/o gets crazy. It was also very long, I had to hem it 4 inches just to get it above her feet. I would rather it long so I could hem because having it long is important for the look, but if you cannot sew be prepared to get some help. Like other reviewers we didn't use the hair piece, my daughter didn't like it much and it just didn't look right anyway for some reason. I just put fancy buns in her hair. Overall very happy with it, but be prepared for alterations. 4My daughter wanted to be a Chinese princess and this is perfect.My daughter loves it! She is super thin so the arms fit fine. The waist I just wrap around and tuck it in. It has Velcro but it does not fit. Not really a problem though just makes it more authentic. It comes with the fan like hair comb in the picture. It is very comfortable and soft. We shall see how it holds up. It looks well made so I think it can go through my daughters parties. We shall see. 5CostumeBought for international day. Looks very cheap. Cheap cloth quality! Also you see threads coming out. Tried 2 of these but both are returned. My child was sad she didn t get to wear a costume. Sizing is very off. 1
