    Great toy for any kid who rides the bus!This made a great birthday gift for my daughter's friend! She loves playing with the little woodsies so this worked out well. Plus, they both thought it was neat that they ride the bus to school together and this was a school bus. It's a good size for play, but not so overwhelmingly big to store. The doors open and close so the kids had fun with putting the little critters on the bus like they would actually go on and off. Even room for the bus driver! 5the sweet memories. Calico Critters throws me back to the days when I was a young, hand crafted, gold, platinum and palladium rodent dressed in hand sewn silky elegance. And my wonderful conveyance of that gilded era? The big yella fella. I can almost feel the wedgies I used to get when I strayed to far to the rear of the bus. Worth every penny. 5calico critter school busMy granddaughter has been playing with the calico critter bus for months. It is her favorite. She plays school with the bus and transports all her calico critters. Or she plays camping and transport her critters. She seems to incorporate the bus into whatever she is playing. Plus it never grows old pushing the lever inside the bus to make the door and stop sign open. The bus is well built and worth the money. 5Calico cuteVery cute great quality way better then a fisher price bus super cute I like how the doors open and shut and the stop sign on the side pops out by moving the shifter great quality! 5Can't go wrong.Calico Critters run a bit pricey but they're great quality and super durable. I was fortunate to catch this one on sale for a few dollars off.My niece is three and she loves all things from this brand and they have held up well though her abuse. Her mom insists they are worth the extra money in their quality alone.I wish they came with the decals already applied, we've learned to put them on before gifting when possible. The larger items often allow for a few different configurations, which is nice. 5My kids like the bus because they like putting in their critters ...My kids like the bus because they like putting in their critters to drive them around. There is two ways to put the six seats in the back of the bus. This is really not a necessary feature. When my two girls 3 and 4 easily pull them out and usually bring it to me to put back. I would have been just as happy if the seats were fixed. The door opens and closes.The bus does not come with any firgures. It comes with a sheet of stickers to put on. The intructions for placement is on the flaps of the box. It was supposed to come with a stop arm but either it never came or we never saw it. Calico critters are expensive, so we supplement ours with the Woodeez creaturea at Target. They do fit in the bus too. 4Bus Has Many JourneysI didn't think that the kids would play with this as much as they do. I was delightfully surprised. They take the critters on field trips, picnics, just rides, and of course to and from school. They like to make the hamster father the driver because of his hat. (I still thinks he wears the hat because he's Dutch.) Who am I to stifle creativity. 5Quality!This thing has been through the ringer. My son likes to crash his vehicles. I try to stop him but that doesn't mean it hasn't happened. He was two when he got it and now he's almost three. He still sleeps with it in his bed. 5My daughter loves calico CrittersI was a little disappointed because I ordered the calico critters school bus for my daughter for Christmas and it was dropped off on my front porch in its own box, no amazon box, it just had the shipping label on it. I was lucky I had a little time to get home and hide it before my daughter got home from school. Otherwise, it is intact, no damages. My daughter is going to have lots of fun adding the stickers to decorate her bus. She will install the seats. It didn t come with any critters. 5gift for 3 year old grandchildMy granddaughter had another bus and shared it with her 1 year old sister. She has since given the other bus (little people bus- the older kind that is hard to find in yellow) to her younger sister and I was trying to find a yellow school bus she would like. I chose this bus and she loves it. The seats come out and the door opens- she loves her new bus. She puts many animals in it, not just her calico critters. I would highly recommend this bus for older little ones! 5
