First played it at a community games night. Was lots of fun to play and nice for adults as some strategy needed. It is a favorite when we have a family grouping as it can be played by a wide age range and does not require reading ability. To win requires the player to use a little strategy but it is fun regardless of ability. 5Not near as much funThis game was recommended to me but we didn't find it near as fun as we'd hoped. The instructions are confusing and unclear. The game pieces other than the dominoes seem cheap and what we got in the box doesn't match what the cover looks like. I went for one of the cheaper choices so perhaps that's the problem. 2A good gameMexican Train is a very good domino game for many players. It is a lot of fun - laughing and involving - and can be played in any amount of time. The educational value is in the dominos and the need to concentrate on numbers. I play every year when I go on vacation (to a resort in Mexico) with a group of friends, and we look forward to these games, and play as often as we can take time away from the beach. It is not a difficult game to learn, but one can develop skill and success in learning and developing strategy. 5Loads of Party fun!This is the modern day version of getting together with the neighbors to play cards. This game is fun for ages 8 and up, plays with anywhere from 2 to 8 people and allows for both bonding and strategy, conversation and concentration. Great Game! 4
