They absolutely love them, and it has stopped them from being so interested in real bugs. I live in the Southwest, with many non-cat friendly insects, and not too long ago, one of my cats picked up a Black Widow. She endured a bite, but it must have been dry, as she was fine. But that incident prompted me to hunt for plastic bugs as toys! I am so happy I bought these. For the price, the quality is excellent. They are sturdy and colorful, and even fun for humans to play with, too. They would make a great gift for a child who loves insects, or even for your friendly, neighborhood entomologist. Insect aside, someone has to know an entomologist, right, and s/he needs birthday gifts, too!5Good for priceUsed them on a jungle themed cake, larger than I expected, but that's my fault for not paying better attention to the sizing. Great value, and great visual.That cockroach one has served well for many pranks since too :)5My cats go nuts over theseThe bugs look real... I'm always afraid someone will come over and freak out over the roaches on my floor. Sometimes they appear out of nowhere because the cats have carried them around, and we think it's a real one! My cat Cruiser has one favorite in particular, and unfortunately, there was no twin of that one in the package. I guess that means we'll have to get more packs.5Son likesMy son loves these. Some of them are pretty realistic and I've mistaken them for real bugs at a glance. Some not so much. Good for a small incentive (we're potty training).3
