Customer Reviews

and while I think she's adorable, I'm kind of disappointedBunny is another doll I've been wanting forever, and while I think she's adorable, I'm kind of disappointed. For one thing, the doll I received came in the new style, obnoxiously pink box, with the shorter not bookmark shaped diary. Her hair, too is ridiculously gelled (flakes of it come off when I touch her hair) and the details on her accessories or outfit that are painted aren't well done. Some parts of them are matte others are incredibly shiney, which doesn't show up in the pictures of her. Her face paint too is a little wonky, but I plan on repainting her so I'm not as bothered by that as the other things. 4Love this dollBunny is probably my favourite EAH doll. She was never sold in my country (and looks like, never will be) and I didn't want to order online. I've seen she has many faceup issues and I didn't want to pay a fortune for a messy one. Even though how could she be perfect when she has an uneven amount of lower eyelashes? Now, how could you do that, Mattel? Anyway! I am so happy I could finally order her from Amazon for a more than fair price. I just got my doll and she is beautiful with straight looking eyes and symmetric haircut, one of the best Bunnies I've ever seen. I can't express how much I love this doll. 5It is totally BAD. What theWhat, Is it Re-released?I DON'T know why Mattel to downgrade the doll when re-released.My Bunny Blanc doll has No tie.....Background Picture changed. And, The Story Book shape has changed to a Book from a Bookmark. It is totally BAD. What the ...I love EAH dolls Story Book. I Separately displayed the Bookmarks. This bad doll has broken my display. Oh, It is the point why I rate 1 star. 1Love Her.Absolutely love her. She is so cute. Bunny is the perfect addition to my collection, I bought two, one for my collection and the other for the doll house. Her hair was a bit concerning when I removed her from the packaging, because her hair was really stiff and it was hard to remove the headband without removing any hair. When I get a doll, my first step is examining the entire doll to be sure there's nothing wrong with them. Her legs are hard to bend into a sitting position, and her arms are not as secure as I'd like as the left on tends to dangle when she is being held. Her hair, once washed of the product holding its shape, is slightly uneven, but as that's how it supposed to be I didn't worry too much. If held in the right light, her hair has a purplish tint, which I found to be pretty cool.Height wise she's about half an inch taller than Madeline. Her skin has a light pinkish color. Her eyes are a bit off, one seeming to look slightly to the left as the other looks straight. I was a bit disappointed with the lack of real detail in her carrot earrings and in her neck and, which looks like upside down rabbit ears.Overall, I love this doll. She has her own room in the doll house, as do through the woods Cerise and getting fairest Raven. The three of them are in a separate section of the house. 5Over all: Pretty NiceThe doll is relatively well made aside from the eyes. I have also noted some details in the advertised version are missing in my own. The back of her boots on that weird flower looking bunch isn't white and she didn't come with that little scarf thing- I checked the entire box and couldn't spot it. I still found her joints to be perfect in their movements without being loose but her hair was so thickly glued in place that it took a good ten minutes of hard boil washing to clean it off and the glue stained her hair a very pale yellow instead of the advertised white. I found she looks a little better with the corn silk colored hair but it still upset me a little. She is still of good quality and I like how she appears. 5Cute, though lower detail/quality than previous dollsHer eyes are a little wonky (slightly askew) and her outfit is only one piece (and the collar fluff does not stay down properly, curls in slightly). Hands are permanently black (pretty annoying, but whatever. it would be hard to make black gloves, and not mittens, so small while still durable for play or re-dressing). Hair is also a pretty stiff and not cut very well, but still workable. She does have adorable shoes (all plastic) with puffy rabbit tails on the heels. Her skirt design is nice, though I wish I could pair it with other tops. It's connected with the top, which is one piece and not really layered like it seems. The black collar with a pink tie (ribbon? kerchief?) is a separate plastic piece. Ultimately pretty cute with a nice look despite a few drawbacks. It makes sense she wouldn't be too detailed like the other main characters, but it still feels like they could have done better with general construction and quality control. 4Way too wonderland special edition to Ever After HighJust so clawsome. I am a hardcore odd dolls enthusiast ( monster high, bratz witches, Ever After High exclusive Alice in wonderland collection, living dead dolls) I loved this collection so much I had to buy them all. I only buy 1st edition of doll to any set & then only core dolls if they're changed or put into a SDCC edition or something completely different than 1st edition of doll. 5Issues with qualityI just want to say, whoever is in charge of quality control, needs to be FIRED! I'm very upset with this doll. I read about the eye issues, and decided I would let that go. But when I received my doll today, her hair looked like it was cut by a four year old. I mean seriously Mattel!? Could you get any cheaper?! Concept of the doll is great, but execution is an epic fail. Super disappointed.Edit: I do want to notate... if quality control issues were fixed, people would not have to buy multiple dolls. There would be more opportunities for other people to receive one. That said, that doesn't make up for scalpers. 1Looks Great, But Not What's PicturedI recently ordered this doll and I actually like her but there are some minor things. THE DOLL I RECEIVED IS NOT THE ONE PICTURED. The one I got does NOT have the white bunny tail on the shoes (they came black like the shoe) nor the pink painted on tie. I will say the paint job otherwise for her face was well done. Her hair did unfortunately come as a stiff, sticky gooped helmet, but I rubbed it with my fingers to soften it up and it looks much better. I will say she has a more defined chin than the First Chapter Madeline Hatter which I actually like. Her head band and shoes do come off as well as her hands so you can take off her cuffs. She did not come in the story book box, so if you like your boxed collection to look uniform I suggest you look for the original wave of this. She did come with a storybook about her (instead of a story bookmark), a golden stand, and a golden hair brush (which is rendered useless unless you rub the gunk out of her hair)Now as for durability for play I would not expect her to last long if you have a child that tends to be a bit rough with their dolls. While her head is made of rubber and her hands appear to be made similarly, her body and joints are made of a plastic that is used for other dolls (such as the MLP Equestria Girls and Monster High dolls) and would break with rough play or bending wrong with a little pressure. Being from the time when Barbie reigned supreme and was made mostly of rubber I'd find this a little daunting if I was buying it for my child at full price, but since it's only for display it will be fine.Bottom Line: I give this a 4 out of 5 star rating due to the fact that she is missing important factors to her design, her yucky helmet hair, and lack of durability for a child. 4I'm a happy Wonderland fan!I had admired the Ever After High range for a while, and after ordering some for my younger cousins and seeing their beauty in the flesh, it was finally time to order one for myself. I am an Alice in Wonderland nut, so a Wonderland one was my first choice. Now, it could just be my Wonderland fangirl talking, but I loved this doll! I just think the whole design is gorgeous, and seeing it on my shelf brings a big smile to my face. The accessories include a little storybook with a quick read about Bunny attending a dance (not my cup of tea, but whatever), a gorgeous gold pocket watch, a gold hairbrush, the ears and top hat headband fastened to her head, and a stand with a clear back pole and a golden Ever After High logo bottom. I liked all of these items, as they added to the Wonderland feel. Even the book gave me insight into a franchise and character I don't follow, which I enjoyed. I really appreciated that the stand looks lovely, so it doesn't detract from the doll (plus it matches her watch). It was also great that the hairbrush is the same color as the stand, as you can lay it at her feet and it blends in.The one star I'm holding back is for the few finicky issues I noticed. Her hair when it arrived was gelled to high heaven and did not look good. After a quick brush though, this was resolved, and it looks nice and soft now. I left the gel in the fringe, to keep it nice and straight. But after brushing, the back of the hair was a bit uneven, with a few straggly hairs towards her neck. Thankfully, a few tiny snips of the scissors righted this.Further down, I thought her hands were in a weird position. I don't know if there's some purpose for this pose that I don't know about, but the middle fingers are pulled back a bit and the thumb splayed, in some gesture I'm not quite familiar with. It can make her posing look a little stiff, but the space between fingers did make it a little easier to hang her pocket watch from. I also didn't really understand why the cuffs are not attached. I like the idea of free movement, but there was no way to keep them attached to her wrists, so they keep falling down her arms like some weird mid-forearm bracelets. My final gripe is that the skirt is stiff. It looks fantastic from a posing point, frozen in a bit of a twirl, but if the doll is near or above eye level, you can see right up her skirt. I wish there was a petticoat or something, so staring at naked doll knickers wasn't an issue. But overall I love this doll! The design is breathtaking, especially to a Wonderland fan. Ever After High has just earn itself an avid collector! 4
