Customer Reviews

Nicely made costumeNicely made costume. It's a one piece with feet and hands (skull hat is separate), which doesn't really work for walking around outside so we cut a hole in the bottom and spread the foot portion over shoes for Hallowe'en. It's not as cheaply made as I was expecting. My son is just about to turn 6 and is average in height and weight. I got the size 8 and it was really long on the arms and legs. I thought I'd have to sew it but it was form fitting on the legs/arms so there was no need to sew as I just folded over the excess. 4Runs SmallThis is a pretty good looking costume. What I wasn t crazy about was the material. Very thin and delicate. Your child would freeze going out in it unless they wear one or two pairs of thermals underneath. The sizing seems small. I ordered my ten year old son a large, and while it fits like a glove, it is so tight that he can t really sit down or bend in it. I really think it would rip if he wore it to school and to trick or treat. For reference, he s 4 9 and 80 pounds (tall and thin). Have to return, unfortunately. 4Very fitted, but looks great! This product is exactly as advertised. A few tips if your kid will wear this costume out and about:1. It is extremely fitted. I bought the 8-10 year old size and my son is (a very tall) 7. He can't wear anything but underwear underneath. It's just too tight.2. The hole to get in the costume is at the neck. I extended the seam about 8 inches and added Velcro so that he could easily remove the costume on his own to go to the bathroom.3. The hands are attached. I removed them from the arms and added thin elastic on the gloves so he could eat/use the restroom without getting the costume dirty.4. The feet are attached. In order for the skeleton foot pattern to show, I removed the soles of the feet at the seam and added elastic loops towards the front of the foot so that it could wrap around his shoes.Overall, nice fitted costume. But to make it comfortable for your kiddo it will take some extra work! 4Very tight fittingYou may want to size up if you're questioning which size to get, but being skintight is part of the appeal. My son is a very small 10-year-old (probably closer to an average 8-year-old) and medium was perfect to wear underneath his clothes as part of his Sans costume this year. The hands don't line up *exactly* perfectly, but most kids probably won't mind. Also keep in mind you'll have to remove the entire thing to use the restroom since it's all one solid piece aside from the removable headpiece. 5This size medium costume fits like a glove for my 9 year oldThis size medium costume fits like a glove for my 9 year old, and in my opinion, a skeleton costume should fit like a second skin so he looks great! My only complaint is that the feet are decorated but there is no sole to it so he has to cover the bones to wear shoes. It would be the perfect costume if there were a rubber sole on the bottom of the feet. 5Great costumeThis is a slim full body suit. This is a pro and a con within itself because it makes for a neat effect to look more realistic, but also means you have to take the whole top off to go to the bathroom and can't go without the gloves/hand part. I wish the bottom of the feet had rubber soles because they'll either not be visible with shoes on or we'll have to cut a slit and pull them over the shoes. It's a very comfortable fabric and I think we'll be able to get use out of it as pajamas after Halloween because it actually seems to be well-made for a costume and I don't think it will rip easily. My daughter absolutely loved it. She could easily see through the face mask (but this was during the day, haven't tried at night yet). It fit her perfectly. We got a medium and she's 48 inches tall and around 50 pounds. She wore leggings and a long sleeved shirt underneath and it fit well. Highly recommend. 4Very Very TightThis product is of reasonable quality and looks good, however, do not underestimate or ignore all of the reviews about how tight this bodysuit is. My 9 year old daughter is 57" tall from top of head to floor and is extremely slim. We had to wrestle this suit on. It is extremely form fitting. If you live in a cold weather state where your child may need to wear warm clothes underneath the costume, this one is not for you. Also, the hooded mask doesn't have any holes in it to see or breathe. You would have to cut out eye holes and part of the mouth. 3used on tall 4 year old...looks good...Bought this for my tall 4 year old who fell in love with it online. He was a little freaked out about the mask but got over that. It fits his big head pretty tight so I can imagine it's really tight on an older kid. I might buy a white stocking cap and paint his face like the mask so he can see better and eat. It's too long for him & a little baggy. BUT the bagginess allows us to dress him beneath which is good for a Chicago Halloween. The extra length isn't a big deal because we just scrunched up the blacked out areas and it's not really noticeable.Son is happy w/ unique ghost costume. 4This is an interesting idea, but was just too ...This is an interesting idea, but was just too small. I ordered the medium (sized 8-10) and my size 8 son could barely wiggle into it. There isn't any sort of zipper, which means the child has to wiggle in through the neck hole. My 9 yo is very petite for his age. The costume was very tight, which left no room to wear anything underneath. We'd hoped that he could wear long underwear for outside events, but it was just too tight. There were also some modesty issues if you catch my drift. The hood was also tight, which made it hot/unpleasant to wear and was difficult to see through. You have to order a top hat separately, and I do suggest you do. Also, order up. 3Great costume!Looks great! My 6yo (size 5-6) loves it! There's room for her to grow but fits well. She said she can see through the mask but not well and opted for face paint instead. It's pretty creepy with no face on the mask lol. The material is soft and feels like good quality. It's comparable with the morphsuits but has Velcro back instead of the zipper and the mask is not attached. I like that there are no logos on the outside. She received lots of compliments at the festival she wore it to. She wore teal shorts under and it did not seem see through at all, but it's also loose on her. I don't like that she would have to take down the top to get bare hands, I think we'll cut slits at the underside of wrists so she can get hands out. 5
