    The light is amazing.It is amazing and I didn't realize how much the light of my area was affecting my painting. It comes put together and works beautifully. I even ordered some of these: DC 5.5x2.1mm Male Connector 8x1.5V 12V Battery Holder Case Box Wired ON/OFF Switch w Cover Pack of 2 to make it more portable.The small hitch I ran into was how it hooked to my workstation. I have this station: Painting Station - 26mm Vallejo. I love it because I'm way more mobile. I also have the: Drawer Add-On For Painting Stations.With the light bar attached the workstation doesn't sit flat anymore. The drawer fixes the problem because it has notches that are cut in (I assume) meant for the light bar. So I have to move the drawer and the workstation. It feels less portable, but I may just be nitpicking. I love everything I own from GC. I have even had a very nice talk with the owner thru email about some information on my workstation. I could go for some sort of coer on the bottom of the workstation that would even it out with the light bar. 5Must have the drawers!This is a great idea but I only got the painting station and the light. If I connect the light to the station the way it is supposed to the painting station isn't level. I more than likely didn't read enough of the lights description. 4Good Light OutputThe arch puts out a great amount of light that illuminates the entire work surface. The arch is a little on the small size though. It puts the light really close and removes shadows that might affect how you see colors in the nooks and crannies, but it can get in the way a little if you are tall like me. 4Five StarsAwesome and bright, easy to puck out miniature details while painting 5Love itThis thing fits perfectly with the paint station and is a godsend when I need good lighting... which is always 5Nice add on to the painting stationThis product is just as advertised. The lights are bright and really light up the painting stand. I only give it 4 stars because I am quite tall and the lights somewhat limit my range of motion when painting. I was finding that I had to slouch a lot more to get under the lights see what I was doing. It is a nice add on to the painting station. While the drawers are an amazing add on, I would say the lights are a nice add on. 4The light takes away the portable nature of this cool painting stationThis is a good idea that could have been great. Its a portable painting station but the light prevents it from being portable because it requires an outlet and the cord is relatively short. I had to put a surge protector on my table for it to reach. If this was setup with battery and outlet optional...or rechargeable battery to maintain portability this would be an awesome addition to the painting station. If you have a desk lamp where you plan on using this painting station then save yourself the money and keep the painting station as is without the light add on for now. 3Super brightThis was my first light purchase loved it so much I upgraded to the double one 5Bright and no assembly required.No assembly required and its bright enough to help with detailing. A longer cord would have been nice though. 5Worth every penny!!Sturdy materials and worth the cost when compared to 'name brand' items (better quality materials and easier construction in my opinion). These are a great addition to any wargamer's collection of accessories. Comparable in cost but a better quality with a full line of racks, drawer add-ons, and paint stations. If you want a good set up for your hobby, this is it. 5
