My dog ate the ball we had with the last one so this is our second purchase - it is THAT fun! 5fun gamefun game 5This is such fun.This has a number of patterns that you try, and I do mean, try to complete. It can drive you mad, but it is fun. You have a number of different patterns to do and there it music to help you freak out!This toy will humiliate any know-it-all teenager and bring him/her back to earth! The bounces are recorded and you are told how you do against all others. 5fun for the whole familyAlthough this says 8 and up, my 3 y/o likes it, too. It has several modes--some are better for outside play because the ball won't bounce high enough inside--it hits the ceiling. It is a bit tricky to learn at first, but even uncoordinated me can play with it and do well enough that it is more fun than frustrating.It's nice that it keeps an overall high score and also a session high score, so it will tell you if you are improving over your previous attempts--so it won't keep track of each person's level, but if you start out and get a score of 6 and then get 8, it tells you you set a new high score. The all-time high score might be 99, but you get props for each improvement you make while you play.It makes noise and require batteries.The main thing this needs is some way to keep the ball with the bouncer. They are always getting separated. I used a rubber band for a bit, but it's hard to keep it from slipping of the ball. They should use a stretchy band with a pocket for the ball and attach it through a thing on the handle. 5BOPPIN GOOD TIME! ! ! !GOT THIS TOY FOR MY GRAND DAUGHTER...SHE WASN'T SURE ABOUT IT AT FIRST...THEN SHE STARTED TO PLAY...LAUGHING AND HAVING A "BOPPIN GOOD TIME"...HER MOM AND DAD STARTED TO PLAY...THEN THEY WERE ALL LAUGHING AND HAVING A GREAT TIME...PLAY BY YOURSELF OR WITH OTHERS, NO LIMIT...GREAT TOY FOR YOUNG AND NOT SO YOUNG...LOVE IT... 5Fun, Need New BallGreat til one of the kids lost the ball.I appreciate the ball being non-destructive considering it will be flying all over the place. Maybe they should sell it with a spare ball. 4Bop It BounceThis is a fun toy that makes cheating easy which is the only reason I ranked it low on the overall rate. You can just use your hand or anything else to tap on the play area the ball is supposed to bounce on and it will record it as a point. Don't get me wrong...it is a lot of fun trying to coordinate the ball to bounce on it but just wish it wasn't so easy to cheat with it! 2Bop It BounceSo much fun. 5Bop itA great item to buy. I like the different type of challenges you can do, also keeping record of your score. Watch out for the kids not doing it the right way in bopping it up, he/she may just hit the ball on the mat, instead of bopping it. I could not find the off button, as it turns itself off, beware if you accidentally knock the on button, also could not find the reset button. An excellent item to buy though. 5good10 year old granddon loves it ... good buy 5
