    Great, portableMy 9 year old daughter loves this, and takes it on all of our car rides. It seems to work better than just running the tables, because the problems aren t in any order. It s also better than flash cards because a) it s more portable and b) you get little pats on the back at the end of every key when you flip it over to check on the answers. 5The multiplication us masteredThis learning tool is amazing! My granddaughter was struggling in math and nothing held her attention til we got this! She has grasped the concepts so quickly, I ccannit begin to tell you How awesome this is! I even use a stop watch to time how quickly she can get all the answers correct. And the game, stimulated her learning as well. I do have her say them out loud to reinforce her learning and it really works!!!Now, she says she is the fastest in her class and she s right on the money! It is an investment every parent or grandparent should provide for their kids... you will never regret it! Now, we re moving onto division, as The multiplication is mastered. They think it s a game and the time just flies by... learning as they do! So grateful!!! 5Great product. 7 year old loves themMy daughter uses these in class, loves them, and begged for me to purchase have them. She is only 7 and has learned probably half of the multiplication table by memory thanks to these keys. She loves working with them. I do not have to guide her to use them. She asks permission almost sadly to use them. The back of the keys have raised lines to indicate the path the string is supposed to follow so kids can double check their math. 5When I showed this to my daughter, she scowled ...When I showed this to my daughter, she scowled "DO I really have to do school right now". Ten minutes later, she was so engrossed in it, she turned the tv off because it was distracting her! :-) Win-win! 5Great tool, but hard for a lefty to handleI would give this five stars if it were easier to use for a lefty. Wrapping left to right and holding the set of keys is not easy for my son. He manages it well enough to go through the process for short periods. But I won't be challenging him to go fast. I'd love a lefty version that wraps from right to left. 4Easy to take with and use.My kids enjoy these. My son really enjoys the multiplication one. We put it in the car for travel and/or by his bed so he can do it while we listen to audio books at night. It's built well. We also have the addition one. My daughter likes it sometimes and not others. She has a harder time with it, but of course part of that is that she is only in first grade and she also gets overwhelmed by trying to do it perfectly sometimes. So I think eh key is to get it, do a little at a time and not push it all at once. It may not be fore every child, but for us it's been a mess free, easy way to practice, plus it adds some fun to it. If for some reason it doesn't work out for you, you could donate it to a teacher. 5My daughter loves theseMy daughter loves these math wraps. We are working on multiplication now in school, and I find that the math wraps really help her. She will sit for hours working on these. I like to keep them in the car, so she can work on them while traveling. Great way to memorize the facts. We also have the addition and subtraction math wraps. 5Everyone uses these!Everyone plays with these! I bought these for my beginning-learner to multiplication facts, but I've found my teenagers playing with them. I even found my husband using them! They are durable plastic. Just wish they were all separate with their own individual strings so more than one person can be practicing at a time. 5A great tool for hands-on learners.I am a teacher's aid and a mother. I have used this tool both at home and at school with a variety of ages. First, I get them comfortable with using the tool and wrapping it tightly (some of the kids do have a problem wrapping tightly enough to keep the string in place) then we practice for a while. Then, I start adding in "beat the clock" and other "timed games" where they can measure their own improvement. The only complaint I have (and reason it got 4 out of 5 stars) is that it doesn't have a separate key for "x11" or for "x12" although those are included on the other individual keys. I find that having those 2 separately would enhance the practice and learning experience since we now expect fluency in this specific competency in multiplication 4These are simply the best way for kids to learn their multiplication factsThese are simply the best way for kids to learn their multiplication facts. There is no way around the fact that the only way to build instant recall of multiplication facts is lots of practice, rote memorization. My children would never do flashcards on their own, but they will do these. It frees me up, and they can do these so much faster than they could possibly look at and flip the cards. More times through, more practice, faster mastery. Wish I had seen these when my oldest was just starting, and I will recommend them to anyone helping their kids learn their times table. 5
