Some Items In the Set Don t WorkI d like to give more stars, but I ve received two of these sets already (one was an exchange replacement set) with brand new pieces right out of the box that don t work. I m not sure it s worth it at this point to exchange for a third set, but the stethoscope hasn t lit up or made sounds as described on either of the sets, and some of the other pieces don t light up as promised either. Otherwise cute. 3Pieces light up & Is easy and fun for child to play withAdorable Dr tools set! My 2 year old has spent countless HOURS playing Dr and having us "make her feel better", too. She gives us shots and checks our heartbeat, or arm/leg beat... Haha. All the pieces light up when the appropriate button is pushed, except for the syringe and the clamps. The stethoscope is hard and extremely uncomfortable on the ears, but we just hang it sound our necks... As the "heart beat" sound comes from the end of it anyhow. You cannot hear anything from the ear portion, so it doesn't matter to me that we cannot use it inside our ears. I would highly recommend this as a toy for your child or a small gift for someone else. Great price and it has been heavily used by my daughter and hasn't broken, plus the excitement for my daughter hasn't lifted in months! 5Cute little setThis doctor kit is great..almost everything makes a noise and lights up in some form or fashion..my daughter loves it and plays doctor with all her stuffed animals..and when anyone comes over to our house she will ask to hear their heartbeat with her little stethoscope..the only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the syringe is very fragile and it broke the first day of playing with it. 4DisappointedVery nice selection of doctor toys ordered the set because they are ALL supposed to light up only 1 does all the others had dead batteries which are expensive to replace for each toy my baby girl was disappointed it was heartbreaking to hear her asking over and over again why they dont work. Seriously thinking that buying online is a joke that they sell stuff the stores don't want the rejects 3Decent for its Price, Has Pros/ConsThis kit is okay overall. The quality is not great (for example, a permanent crease in the stethoscope s tubing simply bc it needs to fold into the box plastic is too thin to keep its shape). I ordered blue since it s for my son, not noticing it s called a fashion kit and has flowers in the designs. Oops! He really likes the sounds from the stethoscope and red/blue lights on a couple items. I put away the two items with white lights (flashlight and magnifying light) because they are pretty blinding and goodness knows he d constantly flash them into his own eyes! The box itself is also flimsier plastic. It bows inward and doesn t hold its shape to lock appropriately most times. Overall, it s a good toy for my 2yr old to practice with and includes a lot of pieces, but quality is lacking. 3Cheap But FunMy daughter loves Doc McStuffins and likes to pretend that she's a doctor, but it's hard to find a low-priced set of doctor toys. I was surprised to see the toys light up and make noise. My daughter has had her set for a few weeks, and they are still lighting up and working fine. I expect that they will eventually fall apart from play, but for now, they are still working and she's still enjoying them. 5Perfect giftI gifted this to my son who has seen the inside of a doctors office more than any child should need to. He has grown a love for his doctors though and with that, always wanted to play doctor with plastic silverware or whatever else he could find. When he got this set, he was over the moon with happiness. The fact that they light up, made it that much better. For a small amount of money, I not only made my child happy beyond belief but now I might be raising a doctor,... which is priceless :) 5Yes, as pictured!Completely happy with this for 2.5 yr old son.... plastic cheap but gadgets a plenty.... 4 or 5 things light up which he'll adore. Hubby says it's all about the stethascope, has a light & makes heartbeat sound when pressed onto body... adorable! I researched these for awhile & this is sooooo worth the price..... we are giving as a surprise over the weekend & I can't wait! We added an empty box of bandaides for pretend play along with pill bottle & some gauze pads ----- the container is cheap plastic also, fiddled with closure a bit which is my least favorite thing but it works. Plenty of room to add more items, small vest or thin "Dr" coat might fit in here. Easy to carry. (Fork to show size) 4I didn't know that each device was supposed to light ...I didn't know that each device was supposed to light up. So, upon arrival, that was a plus. Except for only about half did so out of the box. A couple on lasted one push of the button. As of today, (approx a week later) only 1 item still lights up. Was cheap and is usable with or without light but it did infuriate the kid.... Don't buy if the light up feature is important to you. 3It would be nice if I could get a replacement boxThe items inside medical box are acceptable quality. The medical box itself comes off the hinges and does not close properly. It would be nice if I could get a replacement box. I don't want to return full product. Otherwise I would give 4 stars for the price. 2
