    Missing pieces when finishedThis was a great price and the picture is larger then the box. Was very disappointing when some pieces were missing. I was very upset when I finnished and was very careful not to loose any puzzles. The puzzle was hard, needed a magnifying glass to see the puzzle pictures. Not a children puzzle. I love a challenge but hate it when all your time and effort was wasted. Because of missing pieces. I glue my puzzles and put them in frames. What do I do now with this puzzle???? 5Good photo, cheap puzzleNice photo of the Chicago skyline, good sized, fairly challenging, and fun. However, puzzle was pretty cheap quality. Lots of dust, some pieces still attached at the back. Other bits were showing signs of fraying right out of the box. The worst part is 2 pieces were missing. Masterpieces can only replace the entire puzzle, not just the piece so you'll have to start from scratch if you want a completed puzzle. Will try another brand next time. 2Beautiful photo, terrible quailty puzzleI was excited when I saw the great panaroma puzzles available by this manufacturer. The price was in line with other quality puzzle manufacturers. However, the quality left much to be desired. The pieces did not snap together well. I have purchases a number of puzzles, some from dollar stores, which fit together better than this brand's pieces. 1Very disappointed in the qualityI was very disappointed with the quality of this puzzle. The pieces are poorly cut and don't fit well as others have said. There are extra edge pieces which means someone is missing them in their puzzle. We are still working on the puzzle so I don't know if there are any missing from this one. Would not buy this brand again even though some in the past were cut ok.We finished the puzzle and there weren't any missing pieces. It was very challenging and the image is great but the poor quality of the pieces doesn't allow the puzzle to be really flat and smooth. 1Challenge accepted.A perfect challenge for me (I don't do puzzles less than 1,000 pieces). There are pieces of similar colors but that belong in completely different places in the puzzle. I could tell that by seeing the slight difference in pattern (larger windows, different colored windows, etc.)The water was really fun to do! The purple part of the sky was just a lot of trial and error. You'll need a good eye for slight color differences to get the sky right. But, like I said, it's challenging!Spending time focusing on the colors was calming and let me think a lot about... anything. I'd have Netflix playing while I did this puzzle.Again, I'm someone who does 1,000 piece puzzles and this was challenging, so it is not for the faint hearted! 5Very DisappointedI put jig saw puzzles together on a regular basis. I've done about 30. This puzzle was unreal. The pieces are not good quality. The other part of my problem was pieces fit well with other pieces that don't actually go together! What a mess. I won't buy anything else from this company. Waste of money. 1Cool puzzle, except for the 3 missing pieces.Love. Except I'm missing 3 pieces. 3Very Poorly Made - Do Not PurchaseDo not buy! Very cheaply made puzzle. The quality of blade used to cut the pieces must have been poor as most pieces were frayed upon opening the bag, leading to it being very difficult for pieces to fit together with out pushing on the parts with force (as opposed to most puzzle manufacturers where pieces will easily "mate). Gave up trying to put together very early. I will not buy from Master Pieces again. This was a complete waste of money. 1Bad qualityThe die they used to cut this puzzle was very dull and didn't go all the way through. Hence there was scraps of ripped paper on all the pieces making it very hard to put the pieces together. I called the manufacturer and sent them pictures of the problem and they said they would be happy to send me another copy of the puzzle but can't do it based on my email and photos of the pieces and box. They wanted me to send the actual box upc and write a letter about my complaint. I guess to discourage me which it did and I just through it all away. 13 of 4 puzzles defectiveIve had my hands on 4 MasterPeices puzzles. 3 of them have been defective. 1 puzzle had a missing piece and the other 2 (including this one) had such poorly cut pieces, you couldn't be sure if they fit together properly. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars and not 1 is that they are very prompt to send a replacement puzzle. However, given the time and effort put into assembling a puzzle, its very disheartening to have to do it again for a replacement puzzle. 2
