    Fun with scienceBought this for my niece and she loved it. Plus I feel like it helped her explore science a bit, which I feel is lacking with todays youth. 5My son could not love this moreMy 9-year-old Aspie had a kit similar to this a couple of years ago. No other kit would do because this one has gloves and goggles to make him "feel like a real scientist." This kit is amazing and makes excellent quality bath bombs. It's easy to use and the instructions are thorough. He adds three times the color and has good results. 5great instructions very easy/birthday present for my oldest granddaughter who is 10.. great instructions very easy/ 5More of a fizzle as a toy than the bombIt takes a lot of adult supervision to create these and they are tedious to make.Final product smells kind of nice. 2MindWare Science Academy Perfume MakerDoesn't really offer what to mix together and actually was kind of boring for our 10 year old! 3Great gift idea!I got this for my 11 year old niece for Christmas and we had so much fun with it. It really was great quality time. Make sure you read the instructions carefully and it is really easy but also feels like a little science experiment. Definitely recommend for a nice hour of fun together that leaves her with a cute carrier of the lip balms you made. 5Won t buy againThis seems simple enough but ended up being more difficult than expected. Glicerine spilled in the box during shipping, so I only had half the amount left. Followed instructions but didn t pack the mold tight enough the first try. When I took the bath bomb out it crumbled in my hand. The molds are flimsy plastic and the ball mold is harder plastic but difficult to pack tight. I ended up making irregular shapes with what I could pack tight in my fist that would hold together. It was ok to try but won t buy again. 2Easy to follow directions - fun kit!Fun kit with easy to follow directions. It takes less than 10 minutes to follow all the directions for the Bath Bombs, plus a bit of wait time for drying. The instructions include written descriptions and pictures that make it simple to follow.The kit includes enough for a few sessions of fun; each set of bath bomb instructions makes 3 bath bombs and you can probably get 4-5 sets (total of 12 bath bombs) before running out of all the materials. Even then it's likely the sodium bicarbonate (Baking Soda) is the one you'll run out of and that can be replaced.I was able to get a 3 year old to follow along; she loved putting in the drops, scoping the materials, and was absolutely ecstatic when we took them out of the holders. Highly recommend this for a fun, unique gift which is increasingly hard to find for these preteen girls who want to grow up so fast. This is a nice middle ground of playful, learning and has the grown up element of making perfume. So happy with this. 5
