Great vest setMy grandson LOVES this vest and all the tactical nerf gear that came with it. He is an active 10 year old that enjoys playing nerf games outside practically everyday and he wears his vest every time that he plays. I'm very happy with the quality and value of this vest set. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to add some more joy to their kids nerf adventures. 5nerf just has cool stuffMy 11 year old son received this for his birthday. He loved it. He's big for his age and I'd say he'll get at least a good year's wear out of it or more. It has adjustable straps on the size to allow for growth 5Great gift!This was a gift for my nephew who is really into Nerf. He's a BIG 12 year old. This fit him snugly - but it does say 8+. (as you can see from the picture - he has actually left the velcro sides un-fastened). 5Great Nerf vestWe ordered this and waited until christmas to give to my ten year old son. He loves it and was super surprised because he didn't actually have this on his list. He loves nerf and has quite the collection. He hadn't owned a vest yet. He loves this and it works and fits great! It makes the whole play experience more fun since it feels a little more authentic with a tactical vest! Definitely recommend! 5but my 10 yr old was still super excited to get itThis item was originally out of stock and backordered until after Christmas. I hesitated on actually ordering it b/c of the delay and the reviews that mentioned an unpleasant smell to the product. But the price was almost half that of the other Nerf vests I'd seen and decided to order it anyway. It arrived in mid-January, but my 10 yr old was still super excited to get it. It is large on him (5'3 85lbs), but there are velcro straps all the way around the vest that make it an adjustable fit. There was NO strange or unpleasant odor on the product that I could detect ( and I have a very sensitive nose). His only complaint is that as he is running, the Nerf guns don't always stay strapped in, but otherwise it holds clips and extra darts well. I would recommend this item for your Nerf gun enthusiast. 5Perfect vest for kids to grow with!Only had this vest about a week but my 6 year old has worn it nonstop, inside & outside. It seems like a good quality Nerf product & decently durable for a toy vest. He loves all the room for extra ammo & it comes with 2 small clips(which I did not realize!) It also has room for 2-3 more clips plus a pocket & hooks for walkie talkies and things! The BEST part is the adjustable waist&chest straps for a perfect fit! I can see this vest being worn at many Nerf battles for years to come! 5Ideal vest for Nerf lovers!I bought this as a present for my 9 year old son who loves everything Nerf. It came as described and he loves it! He is big for his age and the vest fit him well. He is able to close it in front and his arms fit through the armholes correctly. It also worked for his younger sister and it still fit her without being too big. All the pockets and straps were secure and held the Nerf refills so that they could be pulled out easily when needed but they were also easy to put back in during Nerf battles. 5It's great, but..Its quite large for little guys- my 6 year old swims in it, so I've had to make some adjustments to make it work for him, but as he gets older/bigger I'm sure it will fit better. It is exactly what he wanted and does have several pockets and places to store darts- and since this is the only type of vest like this for kids, it's a good find overall. 4The vest that set the standard is still pricy, but comes with 2 mags and 12 Nerf Elite Darts.There are a whole bunch of cheaper tactical Nerf vests from aftermarket companies, especially those from China (where this vest was made anyway). I got this one on Prime Day, and the deal was still not so great a deal as to what the other vests offer. This one works fine, however, and it comes with 2 CS (Clip System) 6-dart capacity magazines and 12 blue Elite Nerf darts. It also has a carabiner clip intended to better secure a sidearm blaster but it's actual usage can be rather cumbersome and in my opinion it is really there for nothing more than holding your keys. The fabric is not as breathable as the nylon net-like material that the cheaper vests have on the back, and this may get sweaty and smelly very quickly if not (hand, not machine) washed regularly. The size is adjustable, but rather too small for a larger adult and looks ridiculous on a smaller child. You would need to be an averaged sized person to fit this. There is a company called "Little Valentine" that makes a large sized vests for larger Nerfers, and yes, I have already tested their vests out. I will leave a picture below to showcase pretty much every vest on the market. They all have their differences despite looking the same, but this Nerf vest was the one that set the standard and it is still the only official Elite Nerf vest released by Hasbro. Personally, I would go with a cheaper vest that does the same thing, or something that offers more if not something better. 4Nerf Lovers UniteIf you have a Nerf lover in your house you need this vest!This vest has a spot for everything. It has zippers and pouches and loops. The vest will fit a variety of sizes. My son is 7 and it is big on him but that's ok because it gives him room to grow. My son weights this vest down with ammo and clips and runs, fiips. and jumps to his hearts content and this vest can take it. It is easy to load and unload the loops made on the vest for darts. The zippers zip and unzip smoothly and the clips stay in place.The vest is adjustable and folds well, it hardly takes up any space at all.I purchased this item at regular price and was not offered anything for my review. 5
