It was still cute and I gave it as a gift but was not able to use it for a baby shower decoration as I had planned. I would have returned it but I needed it that week. 4Absolutely adorable! I ordered this for my 2 year old ...Absolutely adorable! I ordered this for my 2 year old niece; she adores stuffed animals, so an armful of them seemed like the perfect gift! It looks cute in the photos, but seeing it in person now I am so impressed with how adorable and soft the animals are! They are the perfect size for small hands and go in and out of the tree house easily. It's such a sweet gift for any child who loves animals. Highly recommended! 5Cute and fun plush animals, but the tree is not good quality.My baby boy at 7 months loves the fox and raccoon. He tosses the bird around and loves to slap and smash his face into the entire tree. My set came with the following: black bear, fox, raccoon, chipmunk and yellow bird. Great product, it matches perfectly in his forest-themed room. The tree stands on its own with or without the animals. Having a home in the tree for each animal makes 'cleanup' fun and entertaining to a baby.Now at 10 months, he loves pulling each animal out of the tree and then waiting for me to reload it so he can do it again. Material and animals are holding up very well.UPDATE: Correction, this has now been reduced to three stars. It was probably played with a total of about twenty times in the span of 18 months; we took it off my son's dresser to play with after four months of being shelved and as we pulled out the animals, I stuck my hand in to the tree and there was an explosion of stuffing. The entire inside of the tree, the white thin material holding in the stuffing, was so brittle that it shredded into confetti when I touched it. I have stuffed animals that are 30 years old and I've never had them explode from deterioration. Though the animals are fine, the tree is a total fail. I tried salvaging it, but the entire interior was beyond repair. Which meant there was stuffing and debris everywhere. The material inside the tree is horribly cheap, but you don't realize that until you actually peek inside. 3Perfect first birthday presentThis is adorable and the quality is better than i had expected. The animals are about the size of beanie babies and the tree has a back door flap with velco so you can stuff the animals inside. I also got a blue bird instead of green and im glad i did. Very cute. Would work for a boy or girl. 5Love it!This is the absolute cutest plush set and I just love It! My two year old son is in a plush toy stage so when I saw this set with the wildlife critters I knew I had to get it. The tree stump part has a door and holes for each of the 5 critters. The door opens and closes and it has a cute handle on top. The plush toys include the tree stump, a raccoon, a fox, a bird, a chipmunk and a bear and they are adorable. If I'd received the treehouse with the stuffed shown, 1 bird and 4 other varied forest animals, I'd have been very pleased as thquality, size, design, would have been perfect for the child for whom I was buying it. With stuffed toys as shown I'd rate the toy itself 5 stars. Amazon made returning item and getting refund very simple. TO GET 5 DIFFERENT STUFFED ANIMALS WITH THIS TOY YOU NEED TO ORDER "SPECIAL EDITION PLUSH TREEHOUSE" ALSO AVAILABLE FROM AMAZON FOR A BIT HIGHER PRICE. 1Adorable and my daughter loved it.I got this for my daughter's 4-year old birthday and she absolutely loved it and the way she could take the animals in and out. I was a bit surprised that she was so fond of the bird, which incidentally was red with an off-white tummy rather than the green and yellow pictured here. Perhaps the only downside was that the bird had a different fabric compared to the other animals and picked up junk (like dead leaf fragments and grass) very easily and it was extremely hard if not impossible to remove. Trying to remove some of them endangered pulling threads out of the bird. Many times she would enjoy taking the little animals out, but was always really willing to put most of them back in if she could carry the tree around. My daughter's nursery is done in a woodland theme, so this couldn't have been a more perfect decoration for it. It was smaller than expected, but I'm still happy with my purchase. The animals are very cute and everything is very well constructed. I wish the stump was a bit stiffer so as to keep its shape better, but it still stands up well enough on its own. 4OMG! This is just too adorable!!Came exactly as pictured. The stump has a soft carrying handle (same material as the rest of the stump) on the top. In the picture, the raccoon is sitting on the handle. Well made. The animals are very soft. My baby is starting the "Can I eat this?" phase and loves these animals. The softness is a plus when he misses his mouth & smacks his eye. They are the perfect size for little hands. I love that the animals can all be put in the stump (via the velcro opening in the back) and carried. I can see this feature being especially convenient when he hits the toddler years and will insist on bringing all the toys to bed, as children do :) Highly recommend. 5
