    Beautiful diceGorgeous dice albeit a tiny bit harder to read than regular dice. I think the artistic nature of the product outweighs the inconvenience. Really as long as you have adequate light it isn't an issue. I guess maybe if you have a tendency to toss your dice across the table you may have issues here.The dice are well weighted and the art is exceptional, very much a great set for a player who is intent on bringing an element of their Druid or elven character out of the game at the table. If that is something that helps make a game more immersive to you, these are an excellent pick up. 5Awesome looking, but very hard to readAbsolutely wonderful, detailed dice. However, they're extremely difficult to read. The intricate line work tends to bleed into the die numbers, and the black on dark green combination further hampers legibility. I've resorted to using the grey/black set (item DWA12) for gaming sessions.Although I can't use these for gaming I'm still adding them to my collection, and if there's ever an option to purchase this color die with a lighter ink I'm snatching it up! 3Pretty, but not fun to use since they're so light and the d20 is noticeably smallI was extremely excited to use these dice for my druid character and happily spent the extra money. Ended up disappointed. I've barely used them. They are extremely pretty, and I don't find them particularly difficult to read, so if the aesthetic is all you're interested in, they're fine. However, they're extremely light and the d20 is noticeably smaller than a regular d20 (see image). They just feel insubstantial and aren't satisfying to use. I won't be buying any more of this brand, no matter how cool looking. 3Hard to read, lighter weight than expected, still nice thoA little expensive for the extra money I had to spend buying a paint pen to paint over the numbers so they would be easily readable. They also came smelling like... something. It wasn t exactly unpleasant, but it wasn t pleasant either. Easily rectified by having them sit overnight in baking soda. I think they ll be a favorite set of mine, but I can t help but feel like I spent too much money on them. 3Don't leaf these dice out of your collection, you wood regret it.These have been on my wish list to get for a while, but I finally got around to them. Same great detail that I expect from Q-Workshop's other dice. Generally legible in decent light, although you may need to pay closer attention with the smaller numerals on the larger dice. A fine set nontheless if you want something other than the boring Chessex style dice. 5IllegibleSadly these are nearly impossible to read. I can't confirm if they are poorly weighed because they aren't worth using unless you're trying to pull one over on your DM by having numbers they can't make out. 1so these are cool. My D&D group was told to make a ...Okay, so these are cool. My D&D group was told to make a solid character since this would be an in-depth campaign. I hate to be so stereotypical, but I made a wood-elf ranger and wanted to have dice to match! The only CON is that they are just a little bit difficult to read--but honestly, if I'm getting in to the game, with some of my racial feats, it actually goes along with my character. They're beautifully crafted. Would definitely suggest. Arrived quickly. 5Hard to readIt's hard to say anything negative about these because they look so cool. Perfect for an Elvin character. Sadly, as much as I don't want to admit it... these are horrible. You really can't read the numbers well and therefor make them impractical to play with (unless you want to stop after each roll and glare at the number to determine what you rolled, then add up your damage and have then made everyone wait for you). I am so disappointed. 2Great to look at! An awesome tool for a discrete, 'spungy' DM!This is a great set of dice for display purposes or for a DM's gotta-fake-a-roll splurging of your players. The dice is a little hard to read at a distance, so rolling these and making up numbers can be handy with such a set (yes I know, the horror of such a thing!). They, like any other dice, make for great 'fake rolling' as well for tension purposes.Does this make me a horrible DM? Perhaps, but all-in-all the dice set is very pleasing to look at, makes for a great display piece, and folks often ask about them, so I'm quite satisfied! 5wonderful texture when heldGorgeous dice, wonderful texture when held, and has a lot more fine details than was picked up in the photo posted.
