Description
- Edmontosaurus was a large "duck-billed" dinosaur. This plant-eater lived alongside Tyrannosaurus Rex, and may have been a food source of the meat-eating dinosaur. Recent discoveries have shown this dinosaur had a rooster like comb on its head.
- It is one of the few dinosaur genera to provide many preserved examples of soft tissue (skin). One recent specimen even showcased a soft crest on its head, like the comb of a rooster.
