    Works for us.We live on a quiet narrow street that has been subject to a parkway detour. We and the opposite side of street neighbors put up these along the road when the kids are playing and it actually does a decent job of alerting the passers-through to the presence of the kids. Granted, most gun it after passing by the signs, but any slowing is a good thing on our narrow corridor. One tip: when you fill with water, add a splash or two of bleach. These things have withstood some strong winds already, so no worries about stability issues. Cheers. 5It works but...it has several holes in the base which causes it not to hold water. Plus, you would think assembly would be easy but it's kind of a pain in the butt to put the body into the base. With that being said, once its assembled and even without water to weigh it down, it serves its purpose. 3Works as intendedHigh visibility alert for drivers in our residential neighborhood. Works as intended. My one minor gripe is that the flag comes wrapped tightly and took several days and a lot of fussing with to get it to straighten out. Maybe a fabric instead of plastic would be better? Anyways, I feel safer when my kids are playing outside and I have watch drivers respond appropriately when i put it out. 5/5 5Effective and cuteOur sign guy got stolen a week after purchase, however it did seem to be effective in slowing traffic during his brief visit to our curb. Mine had an issue with holding water in the base. You might try sand instead of water to sturdy the base. It blows over in the wind if you don't fill it, or the water leaks out. 4Okay buy but with a lot of wind the lack of keeping water plugged will cause problems.For how much it cost I was rather disappointed. Of the holes on the product to fill with water only 1 plug was provided. That plug did nothing to keep the water in. basically I have an inch of water at the bottom that won't spill out that is supposed to keep this upright and grounded. Not very happy with it. We liked it though.It was great for about two weeks, but was stolen last night. The plastic was hard to get the circle intothe tube after filling it with water. Not bad to prepare otherwise. Water leaked a little, but you could fill with sand if preferred. 4
