    The stand is great. It's the perfect height for a child to ...The stand is great. It's the perfect height for a child to stand next to and play the game, or for the family to sit on furniture in the living room and play. We normally play on the floor, but playing on this stand is much more comfortable and even allows the pockets to hang properly. The rubber pads do a great job holding the board firmly so it is not sliding around and the stand expands and collapses easily and smoothly.The downside is that the packaging this arrived in was moldy. The stand came in its travel bag, inside of a cardboard box, inside of a nylon plastic wrap. However, the package must have been stored in an area where it got wet for a while and developed mold. The outer nylon plastic wrap, cardboard box, and travel bag all stunk. We're going to try to wash up the travel bag with some bleach water, but it may end up getting thrown away. Loss of a star because of that.All in all, the stand is worth purchasing if you have a Carrom Board. 4Questionable qualityThe product arrived with a cracked plastic mould with a dettached plastic pipe. The box has no brand name printed (generic product). A Surco sticker was pasted on top of the generic name. Product quality no where near professional standards. Besides not really a value for money product - price too high. I returned this product. 1Works well but bit too much for quality you are gettingIt was slightly rusted but not as much as other pictures posted ..looks like stand has been sitting in the warehouse for a bit..it works well but i think it might be 20 dollars overpriced 3It is sturdy and the height was good for the 7 year old as well as adults.I bought this for my two granddaughters for Christmas to go with the Carrom board also given as a gift. They have a huge downstairs play room and this was a great addition to their games. It is sturdy and the height was good for the 7 year old as well as adults. We had a great time playing! 5Plastic weak linksWhile the legs are made of metal and a decent hydraulic system, they are joined by plastic pieces. I received the stand with the plastic joints broken. 2Manufacturer sent defective items twice.The product in itself deserves 5 stars. Perfect dimensions for full size carrom board. But I bought the product twice (once from Walmart online and once Amazon) and both the times one of the foots was broken/chipped... You can super glue it if you want but for this price I would expect better shipping/QC from the third party vendor "Gandhi appliances". I returned both times but plan to get new one again. 3at best. lolIt did not work to use on the Carrom board. To high for me. I'm 5'...at best. lol 3Carrot boardVery useful to our family get together. We play it and found it of good quality .the striker was little in size which was a disappointment. 4Poor condition - rust and paint missing (2nd replacement in the same condition.Beware, the quality of this unit is horrible. I have received the initial order and a replacement. Both had rust on them and paint chipping. I'm going to be stupid and try for a 3rd one, maybe someone will take a look at the 3rd one before shipping to check the quality. It appears these have been stored in unconditioned and damp locations - leading to oxidation, rust and paint flaking. BEWARE!!!.......but unfortunately there are not many options!! 1Exactly What We ExpectedThe stand works well and was exactly what we expected. The game is in a smaller room so we put a square board on top of the legs with a large turntable with a rubber top and bottom and can spin the game around when needed to make a shot without bumping into furniture. The Carom board did not move on the rubberized top of the legs and neither does the square board we placed on top for the turntable 5
