Missing PiecesThis was a fun puzzle. It would have been more fun if it wasn't missing 2 pieces. I've never had this happen to me before. I'd read reviews were people said pieces were missing and just thought it was a problem with the reviewer. Then it happened to me. It's the first White Mountain Puzzle I've done and now I'm wondering if I should cancel the new one I ordered. 3Great puzzle designs but poor quality overallI have been a fan of White Mountain puzzles for years. I love their crisp, colorful designs with good placement of colorful interest on each piece. I recently ordered 3 new puzzles for Christmas 2018, this one included. Before this purchase, I had not completed a White Mountain puzzle for a couple of years. When I opened the box, I was disappointed to find several pieces still stuck together that hadn't been cut completely. In order to disconnect them, I had to rip them apart from the other piece which pulled the purple backing loose from the pieces. This made it more difficult to connect the pieces once I began to work the puzzle. I also found the pieces to be thin. Several of my pieces had purple the purple backing peeling off which made the pieces fragile and bent. While I love the designs, I think I'll search for a different brand next time so my puzzle building isn't so frustrating. 3Poor overall quality with an unjustified high-end price.Beautiful, high quality images are about where the positives end with this puzzle. The pieces are thin compared to similarly priced puzzles from well-known manufacturers, and shoddily finished with considerable lifting of the image on the edges of numerous pieces. Many pieces were also incompletely cut, and attempts at gently separating them resulted in tearing of the backing, which made them difficult to use. In light of the price (higher than many known *quality* manufacturers, such as Ravensburger) and poor overall quality, I wouldn t recommend White Mountain Puzzles or purchase additional products from them in the future. 2WrongCame with multiples of the same pc. White Mountain has become my favorite brand -- nice size pieces (which is their "norm"), no weird shapes and sizes, and thick and colorful. Firstly, White Mountain has really upped the puzzle game since I last bought puzzles 20 years ago, with good quality material, nice imagery, and the stand for the lid. Secondly, these travel posters are gorgeous and I loved putting it together. The only downside in my opinion is that the sides of the box look so ugly so I don't want to display them in a bookcase or some such, I tuck them away in a closet. They should consider making even just one side not look like a tacky advertisement. I am very disappointed 1Its a really nice puzzle and it looks great finishedThis puzzle is ONLY 550 pieces....it said that it was 550 in the main title, but the details say that its 1000 pieces & when completed it will be 24x30.it is not...when completed its 24x18 in size....Its a really nice puzzle and it looks great finished, however, I purchased it on the premise that it will be much bigger and therefore more challenging....I'm not a massive puzzler, but I was able to complete it all in less than 24 hours and I didn't work on it a ton of time....Please correct the description...thanks 4
